At RW&CO., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 2.
  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid shipping label or obtain a QR code for a contactless drop-off.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or carrier designated on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
